Reason for participating To Get a push toward my fitness goals
Goals To lose 20 to 30 pounds.
Activity level I jog btwn 3 to 6 miles at least once a week, I work out my upper, lower and middle body at least once a week with weights, and I play tennis or volleyball approximately once a week.
Meal planning lately I've been pretty willy nilly, but I plan to think ahead and probably prepackage on the weekends for the week.
I have a challenging job that can be stressful which leads me to want to eat. A lot of my social gatherings happen at a bar during happy hour... I've been gradually trimming my lifestyle of bad habits/influences and doing this challenge will help me reach my goals.

    Good luck to you and I can very much relate to you especially about the social gatherings around the bar scene. When I have a couple adult beverages in me it's very easy to give into temptaiton. The whole reason why I to am doing this 12 week challenge to teach myself discipline.
