Reason for participating Add muscle mass while maintaining my 2012 MaxFormatioin results.
Goals I will maintain my fitness regimen which shed 22 lbs of unhealthy fat and built quality muscle during my 2012 MaxFormation Challenge. I will change my 70%/30% Cardio/Weight Training program to a more muscle-building program of 65%/35% Weight Training/Cardio. I will continue my clean, fresh food, low fat intake while increasing my Complex Carbs and Protein intake to achieve my 6/1/13 desired results. My Max Muscle supplements will include Triple Weigh Protein, T2X, Max Amino, and Vit-Acell.
Activity level Moderate to high, consisting of 70% cardio / 30% weight training
Meal planning DAILY: Max Muscle Suplemets, Water, Water, Water, Fresh Fruits, Fresh Vegies, Low Fat Cuts of beef, Chicken Breasts, Fresh Fish, Low Sugar, Low Salt, Good Carbs, Little Alcohol.
