| Goals | I will maintain my fitness regimen which shed 22 lbs of unhealthy fat and built quality muscle during my 2012 MaxFormation Challenge. I will change my 70%/30% Cardio/Weight Training program to a more muscle-building program of 65%/35% Weight Training/Cardio. I will continue my clean, fresh food, low fat intake while increasing my Complex Carbs and Protein intake to achieve my 6/1/13 desired results.
