| This is my second attempt at the Max Formation Challenge. The first time I weighed in at almost 300 pounds and was able to lose approximately 50 pounds, however I didn't take after photos or submit the final information, because I didn't feel that with a bodyfat percentage of still almost 30 I would place. However this time, I'm starting at almost the same place I ended the first challenge. I'm excited! A goal of 10 percent bodyfat is not entirely out of line and its goal that's achievable with a 2-3 lb weight loss per week. The down side is that cardio is limited. I'm in need of two knee replacements and have the metabolism of a manhole cover. Hopefully weight loss will help the knees and my fitness level will increase as the weight comes off. |
