Reason for participating to continue my weight loss journey... to feel better.... and hopefully eliminate the aches and pains.
Goals lose weight
Activity level currently hitting the gym three to four times a week, lifting weights and riding the incumbent bike.
Meal planning plan ahead, take my lunchy to work and incorporate Max Muscle supplements into my pre and post work out meals and snacks.
This is my second attempt at the Max Formation Challenge. The first time I weighed in at almost 300 pounds and was able to lose approximately 50 pounds, however I didn't take after photos or submit the final information, because I didn't feel that with a bodyfat percentage of still almost 30 I would place. However this time, I'm starting at almost the same place I ended the first challenge. I'm excited! A goal of 10 percent bodyfat is not entirely out of line and its goal that's achievable with a 2-3 lb weight loss per week. The down side is that cardio is limited. I'm in need of two knee replacements and have the metabolism of a manhole cover. Hopefully weight loss will help the knees and my fitness level will increase as the weight comes off.

    Thanks gang for your encouragement. FBX is awesome! I was just taken that before/during and finishing up with ARM immediately after, now I"m doing the Pro BCAA during. The intensity of my workout's has skyrocketed!

    12212011 - My diet this week was good. No alcohol intake, with one exception stayed away from the red meat and relied on chicken, egg and fish for my protein. Could tighten up the portion sizes a bit. My supplementation was good using Max Muscle Full Blown Extreme, pre workout, Pro BCAA during and Orange Max Pro and ARM post workout. Supplemented with the Pro BCAA and ARM on off days well and it ease some of the post workout soreness.
