Loving the April Challenge - Just a little over 37 miles in and I am really enjoying it. In addition to the biking, last night was an upper body workout.

I've been focusing on the upper body the past two days and I can feel that positive pain today. Yesterday I increased my lift time to 50 minutes and got in a great work out.
