I burned approx 250 cals on tread, 205 on eliptical, 60 on rowing, worked abs, quads, hams, calves, inner/outer thighs.
Food was good overall, oatmeal for breakfast, chix breast, spinach, dressing, bread for lunch, shake after workout.

Went hiking yesterday so after Thurs my legs were soooorrrre!
