    Got weighed in. I previously weighed 153 and now I weigh 153.1. I gained .4 lbs of muscle but gained .5 lbs of fat. I am getting back on track. More

    Go in and get weighted today. Hoping for good results. Had a few bad days of eating poorly and didn't workout but I am back on track! More

    Worked out twice but didn't have morning snack until 1:30 so skipped lunch. Ended up getting hungry before the workout so had a protein bar then felt sick and ended up going to bed after the so so workout and not eating dinner. Will try to do better ... More

    Stopped at dairy queen for a small French silk pie blizzard & had 2 candy bars after the grocery store. Should be out of my system now. Good workout tonight though More
