I'm getting my butt handed to meFebruary 09, 2012 8:29am and not on a silver platter either! I don't know what it is about this week but I am feeling the push and I feel like I am having to push extra hard to get through my workouts. This week we have been doing "Mike's" special workouts which are one minute reps with no rest in-between. This workout is supposed to speed up metabolism and help start cutting. Man or man I feel it, I was actually getting mad at myself this morning because I didn't feel like I was working to what I know I can do. I was burning so I guess it was good.
