Rest was needed yesterday. Made some lovely spaghetti squash with a spritz of extra virgin olive oil with plum tomatoes,garlic,onion powder, fresh basil and parsley from my balcony :) paired with broiled chicken and asparagus... I only got 6 hours of sleep, which sucks for me. My stomach started hurting again after 2 weeks of feeling great... I managed to do 20 minutes of cardio this morning, and will force myself to do weights at lunch. Why do I have to feel this way ... More

I am down to 159.2 lbs and 25.7% bodyfat! I started at 168 lbs and 32% bodyfat a mnth ago! I lost 13 lbs of fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks!!! More
