Moved from Caracas Venezuela to Boulder CO with absolutley NO knowlege of a healthy lifestyl or working out. Now after alot of research ive finally started a good program and i am now going to be aplying for the transfromation challenge. Ps: i like sports (basketball, rugby, football), and japanese anime ;)
