i REALLY admire you all MM family.

I do not know how you guys are able to keep such a good diet fo so long i myself seriously cant do it for more than a week. I have been eating extremely bad almost every sunday, i cant seem to find the self control to keep my self going, no matter HOW BAD i feek afterwards i never seem to be able to learn. as an example i just ate (at 10 pm) over 3500 calories in crap food, like cream puff and chocolate chip coockies, i feel like sh#t and i really feel like punking. I dont know what else to do and i am REALLY tired of this constant collapse in my diet.

    I'm with you Cain. I have the same issues. Seems no matter how I feel after a binge and promise myself its the last one, I do it again. Hang in there......I find eating the same thing everyday for a week could be the trigger for me. Doug has a great idea, the skinny cow ice cream or even a fruit popsicle might help. I have done those too and as long as you can eat just one and not the whole box you will be ok.

    You can make this Cain. Grab some high 5 or some max pro, and that should take care of your sweet cravings. You have to remember that 90% of this is to beat the nutrition game. Set yourself short term goals concerning your eating, and you will get there. One day at a time my friend. I have cravings sometimes too..even now...only problem is, is that I have been eating clean for so long that sugar definitely upsets my stomach! Stay tough man, you will make it!

    I have always been a horrible snacker, cookies, ice cream, etc. It took me about 2 weeks of eating healthy before the cravings went away. About 2 weeks into it, I took my wife to the movies and we ordered a buttered popcorn and a candy bar. I ate maybe 3 handfuls of the popcorn and my candy, and I thought I was gonna get sick.

    When I have cravings for sweets, I'll eat some fresh fruit with fat free cool whip, or a skinny cow ice cream. There are healthy ways to feed your cravings, you need to find what works for you.
