Struggled with the weight most of my life. My highest weight was 305lbs which was about six years ago. I had an opportunity to go to Iraq as a civilian contractor and with the help of Max Muscle Lincoln was able to drop about 60 lbs. After spending a year in Iraq and returning home, my bad eating habits resumed. Last year my weight was back up almost to 300 lbs again, when I developed a blood clot in my leg, which broke off and showered my lungs with clots. After a couple of days in the hospital and almost a month off of work, it was time to get serious about the weight loss. My wife and I joined weight watchers, where I realized that although most of the time my food choices were excellent my portion control, was, well out of control. Since December of 2011, I've lost almost 50 lbs and have hit the maxformation challenge running at full speed.
