| I am...er...was a professional opera singer. Had to take off a few years due to health problems. In the meantime, I thought about how great it would be to see how good of shape I could get in while I'm working on my overall health. In my thirties now, I thought that it would be a b*tch to work out this hard, but I'm actually stronger now than when I played football in highschool. I've lost almost 10% body fat in the last 8 months and gained almost 25 lbs of muscle. I can't wait to see what happens when I actually start eating well. If you want to know more, then you'll have to ask. :-P |
