Days 10-13

Whats going on folks, I am back with an update and it is going great. I worked out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday was my off day, Thursday a lot of cardio, today cardio and lifting, tomorrow lift and cardio. I am still on the same exact supplements so I will not list those again. I did go in and weighed in today. Looking good in my opinion....
