I am a married father of 3 daughters and live in Woodland California. I have been driving a truck for almost 18 years and those 18 years have been rough on my health. I just recently joined the gym in Woodland and I am committed to getting back into shape, not only for myself, but for my daughters!

    Thanks Mike! I love this site and Max Muscle! Both have helped me lose 28lbs, but I think I hit a plateau, I didnt lose a single pound this week and today I'm pretty frustrated! Good luck with your transformation...

    Thanks for the friend request. I wish you the best of luck on your journey and excited to follow you. I know personally how hard and the strugles you face being a truck driver. My dad was a truck driver since I can remember and his health is not the best and we are lucky to still have him around. I commend you on making a life style change and if I can help you out any please let me know =)
