I am 45 years old and have struggled most of my adult life with weight. I have yo-yoed for years ranging from 270 to my highest known weight of 350. The reason I say highest known weight is because the scales did not go any higher. I have been married for 24 years. My wife Darla has supported me through all my weight loss struggles. We have 2 children Donnie 19 and Danielle 15.
I have been a school teacher for 24 years. I coached football for 18 of those years. The past 6 years I have been teaching P.E. I do not like being a bad example for my students. With the help of Max Muscle and my new friends at the Max Muscle Rockwall I am confident that I will change my life.

Hey man, I loved the article in the new magazine. I did not know that many people dropped out before it was finished... That is a little depressing, I am really starting to like some of these guys that I have met on here.

Hi Don. I've read your story both on line & in MM Mag & you are truly an inspiration. Your will power is something else. It is so hard for me to resist temptation. Do you think of something or tell yourself something when you have your favorite foods pass before your eyes so you won't reach for it?
  • By Larry Anderson on December 27, 2011 8:40pm

Don, I would welcome you as a friend. I think what you accomplished was awsome! I have a friend of mine that is where you were before last year and I worry about him daily. He has been in to see his doctor many times and in the hospital twice with chest pains and more. He's only 38 but is about 5'10 and 330. I'll keep working on him, but how are your workouts going? I think I've read about them a thousand times. I think you were part of my motivation for going with so much cardio. I hate running but you talked about it alot so that's what I did. Thanks for your help!

I know hear this all the time but I definitely am in it to win it!! What I was hoping is that you can give me some type of advice that I haven't already read in your articles and i was also wondering if you had any cheat days? (If so how extensive... details please:)
