Cheat Meal??!!

I am wondering how most of you handle your cheat meal? I have read it shocks your system so it is a good thing to do. How bad of a cheat meal can you have, I mean, a pizza cheat meal? McDonalds? or ? HELP!?

    No no no no no no no no cheat meals NO don't cheat wait till June after the formation is over I try to lead by example don't cheat champs don't cheat and you are a champ your in the max family champs don't give in when competing to win a new you a new body stay focus no no no junk food

    I'm with Troy (thall24). Eat clean 85% of the time and the other 15% is to have fun. A cheat meal can be whatever you want it to be as long as you don't go overboard, say, eat your entire day's calories in one sitting!!! This week my cheat meal was 2 pieces of sausage pizza and 3 pieces of cheesy bread, but by eating clean the rest of the day, I only went over my calories by 200. "Cheat" meals are a great way go shock your body and fire up your metbolism as long as you get right back on track, and don't feel bad about a cheat meal. It's meant to enjoy!!

    I use the 85/15 rule. Eat clean 85 percent of the time and work your but off and you will be fine.

    Hay Erika! Glad to see you around tonight. My cheat meals used to be extreme as could be. A whole pizza (MED) and pepsi. However, I am not recommending that to you. For ideas on a cheat meal, go see Mellie here:

    On a note though!!! Only do a cheat meal if you have hit a plateau. If you can't get past a certain weight or Body fat, then you are going to have to change up to shock your metabolism into submission!!!
