I just finished 7 Weeks of DY's Blood and Guts workout. I’ve made fantastic gains both strength and size. I believe that I’ve pushed myself a little too hard (over trained).
On my last workout I sustained a slight RT shoulder injury and I believe it will take some weeks (months) to repair what I did to myself.

I highly recommend this workout for those advanced/intense enough to attempt this workout.

Looking forward to this Max Muscle forum - I’m in need of a new workout to switch to for next week.
