Weekend results

Weigh in ended up being Saturday morning but it was worth the wait. The workouts last week were decent but I didn't get a normal week in for workouts as the schedule was changed due to some business travel. I put two really good workout last Monday and Tuesday doing two a days, but the rest of the week was limited to one workout, oh and since it was Super Bowl Sunday the previous Sunday you can throw in a cheat meal. Didn't matter. Weight came down from 183 to 179.
This week we are back to the normal schedule of Morning lifting and lunch cardio. For the most part this week I will stay lite on the weight and go high reps to make it more of toning week.
This morning I work legs, and rode the bike to conclude the workout this morning. At lunch I hit the eliptical and ab's.
Just want to say thanks to Iowa City Max Muscle for getting me this far. When I sat down last fall to put a plan together I set my personal goal to 180 and to get my BF down to around 10%, with Nick and Adam's help I reached stage one. Nick made my stretch goal 175 and it appears I'm on my way. I started this journey Decemeber 1st with a fat mass of 46 pounds and lean mass of 149. Today I'm down on fat mass to 30lbs and lean mass holding at 149.
I also need to thank all you Max family members you guys are great. I find all your journals both inspirational and educational. Keep up the work everyone. We are all winners here at Max Muscle.
