I'm a 47 year old police officer that have been on the force for over 22 year.My partner is a K-9 name Kilo. Growing up I played football,basketball and ran track. I have been married for 17 years and have 4 children. During the past couple of years I have become inactive and gained a signicant amount of weight. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure shortly afterwarts and placed on medication. I had tightness in my chest and took a trip to the ER. At that point, I knew I had to make some changes. I entered Max Muscle challenge and it's been a great motivating factor for me. I'm on track to transform my body and win the challenge.
