Getting Started!

Well today I am officially on my way to a better, healthier life! Posting my picture was such a painful and embarrassing thing to do! To Think I let myself go to that extent made me mad and disgusted at myself! So starting today I am doing something about it!

  Welcome, Kristine, and congrats on overcoming the ol’ picture hurdle!!!! We’ve all had to be there, but you’ll be better for it. Just stick it out with us and you’ll be amazed and how you look and feel!!!

  Welcome Kristine to the wonderful MM world. I totally understand where you are coming from I to was in the same bolt with posting that first dreaded picture. But then I told myself "this will be the only picture they will ever see of me like this" because from here on out, you have made a choice to become a new healthier you and the next picture you post of yourself I promise you will be improvement from your first one as long as you are following you nutrition and excercise plan. =)

  I struggled too Kristine, I still do as when I google myself the only thing that appears is the maxformation so anyone can view the photos however, isnt this the point, facing reality, illustrating how unhappy we are in current state to be better.....you can do this!

  Welcome aboard the maxformation! As For the pic, think of it this way, you can't know where you are going untill you know where you are at. So now you know where your at an you can hit the road running to where your going. This pic can just be a thing of the past! Keep rocking your goals!
