| My name is Kristi, I am 35 years old and have fought my weight most of my life. I grew up with my single mom and brother, and because she was single and worked all of the time.. she was unable to teach us healthy eating habits. I don't blame her because she did the best she could, but I am ready to change that for myself. I am getting married in July of this year and decided it was the best incentive to get healthy. I have worked hard to get to the 30 pound weight loss I have managed to lose, NOW I only have 28 to go. I WILL make it happen!!! |
