BEST WORKOUT EVER!!!!

Day off from the gym... spent all efternoon in bed!!!! heheheheheheheh My body was asking for that... I've been training a lot, I guess I deserved...

Jokes a part, finally i am learning how to have a day off from the gym to have my body a good rest and break... Does anyone feel guilt on this issue? I used to, not anymore...

I had all my meals, I was able to read a bit, and most important, my energy is back for tomorrow trainig. My day will start super early, I have to wake up 4am. I start working at 5am and from there... busy non-stop day.

I HAVE NOTICED SOME PEOPLE BEING TIRED, NOT FOCUSED, DISCOURAGED... Hey there... We are here, we are a family supporting one another... ONE goal, ONE focus, ONE mind: moving foward and never looking back... and I say to myself every single morning: QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION!!!!

    I think that is the common mistake many of us make (to not take a day off). Everyone is different, but it is good to allow your muscles to rebuild. Good chance your muscles will actually break down when you dont rest them. I used to feel bad about a day off too, but I know one of the guys at the MM in Sioux Falls does competitions etc and every few weeks he will take a week off. Keep working hard!

    nice man, at the end , muscle only grows when resting so good job
