The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow.

Hey there comrades,

Well I have officially started my off season training program with my new coach.. and let me tell you: it ain't easy! I actually can't write for too long because its past my bedtime! I have been going to bed at 745PM and waking at 4AM to get in my workout before school. My workouts consist of lifting as heavy as possible for a high number of reps... something I have not done before. I usually spend about and hour and a half in the gym 5-6 times a week. I study, eat, sleep, and train. This is my life! It can be challenging at times... I am at home a lot due to meal plans, school work, and sleep requirements and I train alone... things I am sure you all understand far too well! I want to say that I am so proud of all of you and your dedication. You are inspirations. Keep pressing forward.
