Feb 22nd new exciting news about my cardio from today............+ food;)

Hello everyone,
I tested myself on my 1 mile run today and I improved from my last time which was 11:45mins to my New time of 10:20mins!!! This was very exciting for me!!!

Here is my food:
1/2 cup oatmeal w/greek yogurt, almonds, strawberries and 2/3 scoop of Max Pro Vanilla

20oz Max Pro Vanilla

1/3 cup br rice & talapia & 2 carrots

3/4 cup greek plain yogurt w/almonds & 1 orange

1 scoop of Max Pro Vanilla w/kale, chard, & water blended together

6oz talapia, chard & kale

    That’s awesome news!!! I tried doing the running and increasing my time, but I just realized I don’t like running!!!! So I’ll stick with the Step Mill!! Nice looking meals as well.
