Running a little behind....February 11, 2012 5:02pm I weighed in on Thursday and still haven't updated yet, hopefully tonight after my workout (maybe tomorrow morning) and cardio. I'm down 3.08 lbs of fat and up .88 lbs of muscle and at 17% body fat, down 1.5%. I have just started adding cardio in this past week and I like how it's working.
