Running a little behind....

I weighed in on Thursday and still haven't updated yet, hopefully tonight after my workout (maybe tomorrow morning) and cardio. I'm down 3.08 lbs of fat and up .88 lbs of muscle and at 17% body fat, down 1.5%. I have just started adding cardio in this past week and I like how it's working.     Thanks Mellie, I'm not a big fan of cardio either, but if we are going to get where we want to be we'll have to do it.
    I've tried doing some in the morning, getting up a half hour earlier (4:00am) It's kind of hit and miss, I usually go back to bed.
    But I do make it a point to do every night after my workouts, I still haven't given up on mornings yet, I will eventualy get those in everyday too. Have a great day!

    Great results!!!!!! That is fantastic! I personally do not like cardio... I'm a weight junkie but I know I have to do it... When are you doing yours? I hope your having a fantastic day.. Keep up the great work and pushing forwards... No where to go from here but UP! Enjoy!:)-
