I am a 48 yr old, single, a father of 4 kids but I claim 5, have been a type 2 diabetic for 13 yrs now, and think its time to get that under control and be done with it. I have seen it on the biggest loser that one guy was twice my weight taking all those diabetic drugs then after 6 weeks of intense training he isn't taking anymore drugs for his diabetis anymore, that's my inspiration, I know that I can do it, I have the tools and the support from family, friends and Max Muscle.

Highlife Lounge was the place we went. I don’t think you can live in Des Moines without having frequented the Machine Shed!!! I like to go there when I just want to throw caution to the wind and eat a week’s worth of calories in one night!!! We ALWAYS get their chocolate cake, it’s like a death by chocolate 7 layer thing and a slice is supposed to feed like 4 or 5 people, but my husband and I can usually take care of it by ourselves!!!!

Hey Mike!! I haven’t tried PX90. Insanity is the 1st fitness related thing I’ve ever purchased from TV!! My husband wanted to try it since it doesn’t require any extra items. PX90 needs dumbbells and a pull-up bar. I’m guessing PX90 would build more muscle just for that reason, but I do enough of that at the gym!! Insanity has lots of plyo and football moves, stuff I’m not used to at all, which makes it GREAT!!! I’ll keep posting my progress and how I like it for everyone.
