Hey MAXFORMATION aspirants,

My name is Christopher Sullivan. I am 6ft 1in 241lbs. I have battled with my weight my whole life. I topped out at 260lbs at the age of 20.Two years ago I managed to get down too 208lbs, which was short lived. But now with my health, family and future on the line, I WILL be a NEW me this time next year. I have a 2 year old son named Christian and my fiance Dana who rely on me to provide, so NOW IS THE TIME & TODAY IS THE DAY.

I am enlisting the help of my local Max Muscle to assist me in my MAXFORMATION. I have used MAX MUSCLE products since high school and have been friends with Matt Lazaro at Max Muscle Stockton for just as long. I know with his help and guidance, 2012 will be my year. I have NEVER been considered fit or healthy. So im gonna make 2012 my year. A new me, a better me.

I have Stage2Hypertension / High Blood pressure wich is not good for any 25year old. I also have chronic muscle spasms throughout my neck and back. The main cure/treatment for both of these illnesses are diet and exercises. go figure!!!

I will be working out 5 days a week. I will be keeping a log and taking many pictures. I will be doing both cardio along with weight training. My diet and meal plan was created for me with the assistance of Matt at MaxMuscle Stockton. My weigh ins and measurements will also be done with the help of Max Muscle in Stockton.

Currently I weigh 241lbs. - DEC 3 2011

Cardio - 9 times a week - 3 days of double days(A.M. cardio and P.M. cardio) and 3 days of A.M. cardio only.

Weight Training - 5 times a week. Including the Total Gym. 1 hour a day.

Diet - I eat 5 times a day and drink at least 96oz of water(8 -12oz glasses).
2 of my meals are protein shakes! I am trying to fallow the Paleo "diet" as well. I eat limited processed foods and canned foods. No soda or candy!!!!!

Supplement - Everyday!!!!

ThremX - 1 capsule - 3times a day.
ThyrX - 1 capsule - 2times a day.
Max CLA - 2 softgels 3times a day.
Max Complete - 3 capsules in the A.M. and 3 in the P.M.
MaxPro - 2 scoops - 3times a day. 180grams of protein. 2scoops + 8oz water....YUMMMM!!
FBX(Full Blown Extreme) - 1 scoop 20min before workout - 1 a day! My favorite!!! Pink Lemonade!!!
EFA SPORT - 2 capsules - 2times a day.

Measurements;
Waist at Navel - 44in.
Waist at "belt line" - 40.25in.
Chest - 45.5in.
Shoulders - 52.5in.
Neck - 16.5in.
R. arm flexed - 15.25in.
R. thigh 25.25in

Diet has been ok! I need to bring goals back into place. Its been a couple weeks since I have talked with Matt form MM so I will be heading down their in a day or so. I have been working out consistantly. I have jumed up 20lbs in my dumbell curls and am using my TOTAL GYM everyday! I am out of a few supplements. Im still taking supplements everyday; MAXPRO, ThermX, Max Complete and Max CLA.

I will be switching to a MASS stack to add muscle and get toned!

Measurements;
Waste at Navel - 43in.
Waist at "pant line" - 39in
Chest - 46in
Shoulders - 53in
Neck - 16.25in
R. Arm(BICEP) Flexed -15.75in
R. Thigh - 25in.

From the begnning of my MAXFORMATION(DEC 3 2011) till now(JAN 14 2011) I have;
Drop'd TWO pant sizes - From a 38in waist to a 34in waist.
Added 20lbs to my Dumbell curls
Drop'd 2.5inchs from Navel measurement
Added 1in to shoulders
Added almost 1in to each arm
Drop'd almost THREE INCHES from my pant/beltline!

I feel more energetic, I am more focused and am taking on NEW challenges in my life!

    Welcome my new friend! Nice to know there is someone else out there going through some heart ailments. You have hypertension and high blood pressure, I've got heart palpitations. When I was at my highest weight of 335lbs, I almost had a heart attack the same night the Red Sox won the World Series in 2004. I got a new job, got down to 239lbs, got lazy and went back up to 280lbs or so. Sitting this second at about 208 and headed for 200lbs. Delete who you were a few years ago. Replace him with who you're about to become!

    I've discovered there are SO many illnesses and disabilities caused by being overweight. It amazes me! But, it amazes me even more when I see someone who has an ailment that can be cured by diet and exercise ... actually changing their diet and exercising! Good luck to you. You can SO do this!!

    hey bro! The 2TX worked great for me i dont take it no more i changed to max anabol! the reason i was on 2TX is bc of my injury i had low test levels! Now my test levels are back to where they need to be I am on the max! but overall the 2TX was the best test booster i have used I would use anyother test booster! well my friend till next time and i hope u have a great work out and remember train your body till it behaves!
