Tomorrow is the start to a new week

I went to the grocery store and spent $200 to plan my meals for the rest of the month. I am now prepared (with no cheating food) to lose one more bf% this month. One a month keeps me on track. I WILL lose one pound this week, My workout plan is set and myfood is set! I even made a new food log, so that I have everything written down. Welcome to cardio week!

    I am too cheap to add internet to my phone plan. We have four phones in the family and save that money for the gym memberships. Rightnow I am spending $100 month between both gyms and an extra $120 in gas money for my morning workouts. I have been on the livestrong website though. Calorieking is another great tool for what foods you are eating. Has all of their information, it is also pretty awesome for dining out help.

    I use www.Livestrong.com to log all my food and workouts...and they have a mobile app...makes it easy to log your food... Just an FYI
