My name is Rick Murray as you can see on the top line above. I am 40 years old, Oh darn you can see that I am lying to. Anyway, I am a southern boy, raised in Knoxville Tn. and love the way of life here. I am surronded by beautiful mountains and beautiful people. I am very grateful to live here now but it hasn't always been that way.
Since High School I have been a club Dj and a Hairdresser, now that it is a long time for both the jobs. ( anybody need a cd let me know.) Well, I turned I guess it was 35 and had at that time owned a Hair salon in Oak Ridge Tn for bout 7 years but what I really wanted to do was to go see the world. I deceided if I didn't take action I never would and die not fulfilling my dream. I went to work on Cruise Ships as a hairdresser in the spa and worked my way up to managing one of their spas cruising Hawaii for bout 2 years. I LOVED IT, but my grandparenets were getting ill and my brother had died in a motercycle accident so I deceided to come home to be with my Grandparents in their last days. My grandmother just died shortly after I started my transformation journey and it was tuff to stick with it, but I did. I feel if I can stick with it through that I can do it for good. I am doing this now for my grandmother in her memory. The BEST woman I have ever known!
Now I am 46 and was out of shape as you can see from my first pic and what I really want and need is to be as healthy as possible and of course I want to look great to and love contests, so here I am, eager and willing to do what it takes to win this not only for me but for her.

    Greetings from N. Atlanta. Just joined and saw you were from Knoxville. UTK grad here and attend all the home football games. Nice to join and hopefully learn from others too. At 59, I plan to stay fit!
