I am 6'6" and love to play basketball and beach volleyball. Grew up on the beach (Huntington Beach) which is were I live today. I love life and absolutely love my new life that has been awarded to my by hard work and Max Muscle. My every days consists of healthy choices (most of the time) and Max Muscle in some form or fashion. Health and fitness has become my new way of life...something that used to be there back in my early to mid 20s.....

I learned a ton in the first Max Muscle Formation both by contestants - friends and by my local Max Muscle Huntington Beach (inside Golds gym) store...now, I am going to take all that knowledge and create a body that I have wanted for a LONG time....
It is now February, 2012 and things are rolling along. I am starting a 4 month long cut. My goal is to take it slow and melt off about 8% points off my bf% and be close to single digits by the beginning of May. This is going to be a long process but I have taken some new steps towards that goal and they are:
5 days a week of 5am cardio workouts before work
Lifting for 1 hour at lunch during the week
Cardio on Sat and Sundays along with lifting on Saturdays
Implementing the following into my daily stack:

International Liquid Egg Whites
