Sticking to the tredmill...30 minutes CARDO. 4 more week of Culinary Art School...yeahhhhhh; not bringing the food home has helped drop a few pounds...lol. Learning Middle Eastern foods...all I can say is OMG...had no idea that nutmeg, cinnamon, cumin, garlic, onions, lamb, rice, cilantro, whole cloves can taste so YUMMY! 5 more weeks of class left...than I can concentrate on my eating habits. Cooking breakfast for 20 guests this morning at Inn at Parkside. Love my job! Than Church. Grocery store. Than home to clean-up all the leaves. I have this great blower that vaccumes also! Soooo easy! Hummm....I said day of rest...lol. From the gym I mean :-) MoreJanuary 14, 2012 7:15am

Wow weeee....4 days in a row to the gym! Yahoo for me...lol Tredmill 15 minutes, than arms and thighs. I'm making progress.
