sorry jeff just now saw your post about the insanity series. I know this is a month later but I would do the original series first. I am haveing trouble finishing the latest series. defentily a young mans game. during yesterdays workout I was vomiting all over the gym. I know TMI. But I am determined to finish this series. good luck and let me know how you do

It's 1-1-12 another new year and I just found this site so I decided to do this challenge and get back to being able to button my pants again, and get back to feeling healthy. I truly believe a happy and fulfilled life begins with your personal health. so with this challenge I am making myself accountable for getting back in shape and I plan to up date my pics at least every couple of weeks so I can see the progress.
