Good Eve MM Family!!!
9:00 am BOOT CAMP<BOOT CAMP!!!
Yelp, thats right went down to the gym first thing this morning to experience the Boot Camp!!!! It was 13 stations of different isolations for every part of the body!! This was for an 1hr.... First 1/2 did the curcuit 1x @ 30 sec increments for a 1min for each station/resting for 2min and did take a 10min break...and the 2nd 1/2 did the curcuit again!!!!
Abs-leg lifts using 10lb ball
Step with 10lb dumbbells- Step Ups and using the weights for the arm/curls
Side/diagonal(like John Travolta ,move) Each arm at a time with 15lbs dumbbell
Squats- using the 10 hand dumbbell
resting arm on thigh- arm curls with 22.5lb dumbbell
Jump rope
Pushups using the circle twirl weights
Kick backs-15lbs dumbbelss
arm curls- 10lbs
climber
Lunges with 10lb dumbbell on 1/2 circle ball
Bar- to do squats from floor to knee to ab to shoulder and behind the head and back down
jumping jacks
This was an experience for sure!!!!
4eggs-2yolks
1/3 cup of oatmeal/tsp of iso extreme/ground cinnamon
2 slices red pepper
4oz of chicken
4oz of cabbage
4oz of chicken
4oz fo spinach
4 almonds
2glass of ISO Extreme

Max Liqui Carn
Max Glutamin
2 cups of herbal/tea
lots and lots of water
