5am?!?!February 09, 2012 10:12am yeeeep buddy, been getting up at 5am , eating a bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter and a banana - then heading out to the gym!! the pre workout is the bomb, love it love love it! just the right amount of "pep" and plenty of endurance to last my new grueling workouts, this weekend is measurements time again! heading out to re up on some anabol and 2tx, ZMA and see where I am so far, one month later, and prob gonna add on some CUTS - see what happens :) - now that Im back to work, well at least outside of the house and only 3 days a week, eating is the hardest thing! time is short, most foods suck out there, need some suggestions of healthy, fast protein loaded/ balanced places to eat - any suggestions? - Sign in to leave a comment
